memory leak?

I tried using this app to decompress a collection of 7zip-ed video calibration files on an imac:i5,8gb ram,OS10.8 While the app performs the task correctly, memory usage spikes until all available system memory is consumed. Which causes an extreme slowdown in the process of extracting the archives, and makes the computer virtually unusable until iZip is closed.

Good app for only working with few files.
